XML Calabash 1.2.1 for Saxon 10.0

A first attempt at Saxon 10.0 support.
This morning, I pushed out a beta release of XML Calabash 1.2.1 for Saxon 10.0. (I haven’t pushed it to Maven because I really ought to push it as a snapshot or something and I’ve never worked out how to do that.)
It builds. (It gives some warnings about deprecated Saxon APIs.) It
passes the gradle test. That is the full extent of my
testing.
If anyone else tries it out, please let me know. I want to turn my attention back to my 3.0 implementation so I’ll probably leave this sitting as a beta for a bit.
